When is the best time to lay mulch for the summer?
To prepare your yard for summer, it is best to lay your mulch mid to late spring. One reason for this timing is to get your mulch down before plants and grass start to grow. Mulching too early will prevent the ground from warming properly.
TIP: If the soil is dry prior to mulching, water it and pulling weeds will become an easier task.
Bottom line is, spring is coming and we at Deadwood Reclaimed Materials are here to provide mulch for your landscaping needs.
