What is reclaimed wood?

Reclaimed wood / lumber is wood that has already served a purpose and can serve a purpose once again.

What we do here at Deadwood Reclaimed Materials, is carefully take down existing structures and save the wood. By doing this, we are doing our part in saving the earth and staying green.

Some of the wood we save comes from old structures such as barns, houses and warehouses.

There are so many ways you can use reclaimed wood. We wrote this article, How to use reclaimed wood around the house, if you are looking for ideas.
